The technical requirements for high-quality star-shaped pattern printing on polyester fabric mainly include the following aspects:

Printing process selection
The use of disperse dye digital printing technology is the key to achieving high-quality printing. This technology uses a nozzle to directly print disperse dye ink onto the surface of polyester fabric, and then fixes the dye inside the fiber through a high-temperature steaming process. In addition, combined with the hot stamping process, a gold powder effect can be added to the star pattern to enhance the visual impact.

Printing equipment and ink requirements
Use high-precision digital printing equipment to ensure that the nozzle can accurately print disperse dye ink to achieve a clear and delicate star pattern. At the same time, choose high-quality water-based disperse ink to avoid using environmentally unfriendly UV ink.

Printing pretreatment
Before printing, the polyester fabric needs to be cleaned and flattened to ensure that the surface of the fabric is flat and free of impurities, thereby improving the printing effect. In addition, electrostatic adsorption technology can be used to further clean the surface of the fabric to prevent impurities such as dust and wool from affecting the printing quality.

Post-printing treatment
After printing, the polyester fabric needs to be dried and transferred. The drying temperature is generally controlled at 90-120℃, and the time is 2-3 minutes. In the transfer process, the temperature needs to be controlled at 160-200℃, the pressure is 0.5-0.8MPa, and the time is 30-60 seconds. These parameters need to be optimized according to the specific fabric and hot stamping film.

Environmental protection and quality standards
The entire printing process should meet environmental protection requirements and minimize the use of wastewater and chemical reagents. The dry friction fastness and wet friction fastness of the final product should reach level 4-5, and the soap washing fastness should also reach level 4-5.
